Are you familiar with Turmeric Root? If not, Turmeric Root is vegetable compact with great benefits. You probably notice this in your local grocery store. Walked pass it a thousand times and never looked back. Chile I did the same exact thing. Now I kinda regret it. Why? I’ve experience some health concerns and I realize Turmeric could have helped me.

I think we all can relate when we say, I have some regrets. No it’s not the biggest regret. For me a regret is still a regret that we have to live with. As I get older and more knowledgeable. I find more and more clarity now than I did before. Trust me that comes with growth.

Turmeric is compact with such much greatness. I amazed myself when I was doing my research and picking my nutritionist brain. I couldn’t wait to test things out. I am so proud to share some of the ways you can incorporate it in your diet. It’s so simple to do. If you have ever taste Turmeric powder before. Then you are well aware of it chalky texture. It’s an unpleasant taste.

In order to get the most of turmeric. You have to first get it to a point were you can tolerate it. Of course you can add it to whatever beverage or foods you like. Here I just list the ones I’ve tried. Oh there’s one I left out and that Oatmeal. Oatmeal is my #1 favorite over the rest because the texture blended so well. Too bad I forgot to share that one in the video above.

Wait before you slide out. I realize Turmeric is not only beneficial to take internally. It is beneficial to use externally on your skin. There’s 3 ways I used turmeric externally. Over the course of 3 weeks I seen improvement in the areas I applied them to. I have linked my videos below on how to make them. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Face Mask Recipe

3 to 4 pinches of Turmeric

1 Tbsp Aloe Gel or Honey

1 pinch of Cinnamon

Mix evenly for 3 minutes

Apply Face Mask evenly on your skin. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then rinse completely off. Apply Coconut Oil on your face afterwards.

Dark Spot Treatment Recipe

3-4 tsp of Honey

3-4 tsp of Lemon Juice

2-3 pinches of Turmeric Powder

Mix evenly for 3 minutes

Apply Treatment on your dark spot areas. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse completely off. Apply Coconut Oil. That’s it easy pezzy! Right..
