You are aware that I changed my diet. I started Juicing and haven’t been drinking my 224 ounces of water a day. I was drinking maybe half that amount. If you know anything about breastfeeding. Then you know breastfeeding depletes your body of it’s nutrients giving everything to child.
My consistent schedule and diet has changed. Gosh my body was feeling it to the utmost.
The Signs/Symptoms that I will share with you today. They are my own personal experience. As I share this information with you. I do not claim to be a doctor, practitioner, health official or expert. I advise anyone to consult with a license specialist first.
Now let’s move along!

Persistent Headaches
First Sign, Slight Mild but Annoying Headache that you normally think would go away but lingers. This Persistent Headache I got it confused with the change of my diet. I figured that since, I just started juicing that was the cause. Wrong! My body was trying to warn me that I was dehydrated.
Nausea
Second Sign, With the persistent headache came the nausea feeling. I started to think I has contracted the 24 stomach flu. The only thing about that is, I only got the watered mouth sensation.
Dry, Flaky Skin
Third Sign, Right around neck, in my breast, my legs and feet became extremely dry. I was really confused with this symptom. I was trying to figure everything out all at once. It was a lot to take in.
Tiredness
Fourth Sign, I became extremely tired and began lounging around. That was not like me not what so ever. I was so tired. It was difficult for me to keep up with my toddler. That’s how tired I was.
The symptoms I was feeling had me all over the place. I thought something major was going on with me. I went to the emergency room and actually saw a really good doctor. She explained to me was extremely dehydrated and my symptoms came from that. There were no underlying issues going on but DEHYDRATED!

I was shocked when that was issue. Anywho, she gave me tip to that really helped me get over those symptoms. 15 minutes before consuming your water add 1 pinch of sea salt (not kosher salt) into my water bottle. Shake your water bottle for about 10-15 seconds. Then let it sit for 15 minutes. Then Drink!
Remember in order to stay hydrated. You must drink your weight in ounces. If you are 224 lbs you must drink 224 ounces of water a day.
