When Should You Drink?
Preferably drink Celery Juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It’s best to drink it when you first wake up. Whether you’re a night person or morning person. Drink this when you wake up.
Wait 30 minutes to drink water or eat anything. It’s best to let the Celery Juice settle in your stomach before your first meal.
Portions to Drink?
If this is your first time drinking this and you do not have pre existing health condition. You should start with a small portion. Your first day you should drink, 8 ounces. Your second day you should drink, 16 ounces. By your third day, you can either stick to 16 ounces or increase to 22 ounces. Any day after your third day you should stick to 16 or 22 ounces.
Now to anyone with a pre existing health condition. Please consult with your professional medical doctor before trying this. This can be a harsh juice to consume. Just to be safe. You don’t want to over do it. Considering any health condition.
- Separate your Celery from the stock. If you bought a bunch of celery stock.
- Cut off both ends of the Celery
- Rinse the Celery off
- Soak the Celery for 10 minutes in Water and Vinegar to get the pesticides off
- Rinse the Celery off again
- Now you are ready to Juice your Celery, Get to work!

Now let’s get into my experience starting with Day 1
Day 1: Immediately felt bloated after drinking 1 cup. After 30 minutes my stomach starting cramping. I felt so uncomfortable. Tried laying down to alleviate that feeling. It didn’t help. No desire to eat and stomach unsettled. This went on for the duration of my day. No I didn’t have a bowel movement at all.
Day 2: Woke up very bloated and cramping. Started sipping on some water first to alleviate some discomfort. After about an hour I began drinking the Celery Juice. 10 to 15 minutes after completely drinking it. My stomach began bubbling over. I had to drop everything and run to the bathroom. Immediately! On this day, I notice my skin started breaking out with little bumps. (My doctor warned me about all of these symptoms that could possibly happen)
Day 3: You don’t wanna know what happened on Day 3. Let’s just say the Celery Juice gave me really good cleaning this day. Period!
