001: In The Center of Chaos

At a time like this, I want to start off by saying. I know it’s hard for some to adjust to this new way of living. Adjust to the chaos that’s going on around us. It’s a challenge! I understand.

Meditating in Prayer

What I need you to do. Yes you! I need you to settle down the very thoughts in your mind. I know it’s running a million miles a second. I got it! I know you’re consumed with your bills, children, rent etc. Sit down and take a deep breath. Relax every single muscle in your body.

Then write down some of the things you have been meaning to do but couldn’t find the time to do it. Write it all down!! This will take some time but get it done.

Once you have written everything down. You need to set your intentions and pray over what you plan on accomplishing during this isolation period. This is the perfect time to “Immerse yourself in deep prayer”.

Refresh Your Mind

Although this pandemic has hit home to all of us. Whether financially, emotionally and physically. It is affecting us all some how and some way. Trust me it has hit me like a ton of bricks. I refuse to let it get me down. You shouldn’t either.
